The Problem
The growth is here.
The capital is not.
DFW is ranked #2 in the nation for women-owned business growth. Hispanic and Black women entrepreneurs are leading that charge, growing faster than men-owned firms between 2019 and 2023.
And yet, women remain undercapitalized, underbanked, and disconnected from the institutional networks that fuel scale.
The barrier is not ambition. It is structured access.

Reproductive healthcare access, mental health resources, trauma-informed education, and nervous system wellness — because a thriving business starts with a thriving founder.
Community Development & Housing Stability
Transitional housing, emergency assistance, immigrant crisis support, and CDC-level community capacity-building for families, single moms, and new Americans.
Living Bloom
Community Garden & Food Security
Urban agriculture, food sovereignty, community nourishment, and healing through nature. Because wealth is holistic.

8-Week Economic Stabilization Lab — Structured cohorts of 10 revenue-generating women-owned businesses. Financial systems, capital readiness, and performance stability.

$5,000–$10,000 Micro-Grants — Capital tied to completion — not handed out, earned. Deployed to stabilize operations, reduce fragility, and fuel growth.

12-Month Accountability Framework — We don't walk away after the check. Quarterly check-ins, continued capital partner access, and mentorship.

Ecosystem Activation — Quarterly gatherings connecting founders to capital partners, lenders, banking institutions, and professional service providers.
