Economic Stabilization Lab

FLAGSHIP PROGRAM • COHORT-BASED • $5,000–$10,000 MICRO-GRANTS

An 8-week structured program pairing capital deployment with financial systems training and 12 months of accountability. Built for revenue-generating women-owned businesses ready to move from fragile to institutionally aligned.

How It Works:

Week 1–8

Economic Stabilization Lab: Small cohorts of 10 businesses. Weekly structured curriculum covering financial systems, capital readiness, banking relationships, and disciplined decision-making under pressure.

Completion

Micro-Grant Award ($5,000–$10,000): Capital tied to completion and readiness — not just attendance. Deployed to stabilize working capital, reduce destabilizing debt, or invest in revenue-generating infrastructure.

Months 1-12

Accountability & Ecosystem Access: Quarterly check-ins with mentors and capital partners. Continued access to the LWCF ecosystem — banking partners, lenders, professional services, and peer founders.

Alumni

Closed-Loop Economic Ecosystem: Graduates become mentors, sponsors, and activators in future cohorts. Successful alumni build the foundation's long-term capital pipeline.
